Comments of chapter undefined of My Werewolf System

So Blackjack is obviously a vampire from his previous encounter with Stinger where he used the influence skill. I wonder if he is someone we know from MVS like Edvard. But, I don't get why he thinks him and Gary would be at each other's throats. Other than the whole vampires vs werewolves thing that doesn't seem to be happening just yet.
