Numba is only aware that Gary is backed by a gang, and that it is a Tier-3 one, but not that is the Howlers' leader. Even if he knew, I don't recall his father having told Numba about potentially teaming up with the Howlers, so we will have to wait until they meet (maybe on the battle field :3 )
