I get the feeling that Kai is related to a king in some way. He has too many connections and so much information. He has to be linked to someone up high to be able to access all of this. Also why don’t they add Tom to the gang? He might be a big help as he’s rational, a quick thinker and smart. He would be an asset. And he can learn to fight.
