why does she blame everything on Rickard and Brandon, Rickard bethrothed Brandon to the Tully's and Barbary's father and herself were aware of this before she was asked to get closer to the heir of winterfell while he was their ward in hopes of becoming lady of winterfell. Also any promises Brandon might have made was pointless as it's the head of house that arranges marriage not the heir and any Noble lady will know this.
