I won't be surprised if you ever add Sigmar or Karl Franz in your story as Thor son/Alter Ego during the middle age, since in Age of Sigmar, Sigmar does have the surname "The Thunderer", a hammer, and is the God of Azyr, the Realm of Lore of Heaven. Warhammer 40k have dope concept but Fantasy also have some.

Author do you really have nothing better to do, why not go and bring down the rapists and psychotic greek gods or something like that... Instead you even include Jesus in whatever shenanigans you are planning and this is just downright crossing the line, their are many many other things you can include in your story but this should not be it...
