Comments of chapter undefined of Vile Evil Hides Under The Veil

I'm pretty sure it was hinted at in the early chapters that her past issues are tied to Eren's father as she was in a party with him and his mom I believe. Love triangle probably. I don't remember the veiled hints about her death, though they might be connected. I'm a bit surprised Eren's parents haven't really come up at all as I don't think they are dead.
