Comments of chapter undefined of Online Game: My Health Point Has No Limits

The skill is to powerfull and i am irritated because the author wrote that the skill generated to blades to block so i ´ve thougt the skill could block two attacks per skill activation. Also skills had until now durations and cooldowns. But if you read this chapter either the skill of the opponent had an very long duration and could block endlessly (total OP) or he could use it without a cooldown very often. Also the name of the opponent suits to this skill but how could he know that he would get such an skill?
