I would trust my CO, and ask to speak off record about how to deal with it? Chances are he will understand and try to help you or maybe keep an eye on you for if you ever seem more stressed and if you don't notice. He needs to know and its for your and the unit's health and safety. I am not saying you can't manage alone, but this can be a safety net for you. You don't have to listen to me, its just my opinion. The more open and transparent you are with your CO and Unit, The more healthier and cohesive and united your group will be. Its just my take. Getting your thoughts and feeling out is great, getting your thoughts and Feelings out to your CO and Unit will do you better. Chances are you are not alone in your thoughts and feelings and this could help your unit too.
