I find it hard to believe that this baby that is not even a year old can walk no matter how determined he is the bones in the body would just not allow it also there could be a issue in regards to the physiological differences between dragon and human for example dragons are pretty much unable to get sick but they could carry and transmit more dangerous diseases to a weaker race such as human so let's say what should be a common cold for a dragon could equal out to something akin to a black plague
