But let's say the saliva also provides resistance to sharp edges, and he somehow has the strength to do this scene... well now he comes to chests which needn't be said would most likely be around 10-40 pounds depending on the material and size. the possibility of an infant actually moving such weight without any help or training via parent input is 0.004% with the statistic being in favour of adrenaline... meaning it'd be physically impossible. And that's not even including the possible contents of the chests.
