if he makes a recipe ... you can say that he is screaming for Legilimians to get into his head and steal the recipe (+ looked at his thoughts and looked for all sorts of oddities). Snape and Dumbledore would definitely not hesitate to get in his head after that ... how infuriating this stupid storyline armor is !!!
