Man you're giving me a headache while reading this, I have absolutely no idea what you're writing here most of the time. The grammar is a disaster. And what exactly is the 5th wish tho? It's hard to understand what message you're trying to convey.

Appears smart but seems not the case when you consider two of his wishes and who he chose to reincarnate as. It is difficult to make a good story with a smart, sly and wise mc. (Proved by most fanfics that become op beta mc p.o.k.e.m.o.n. h.a.r.e.m. garbage fic in the end) I would expect this mc to do a lot of stupid thing without considering pros and cons most of the time, instead relying more on plot armor and B.S. (Yes, talk no jutsu included) as my first impression after reading this chapter. Though, idk if author can remedy that opinion and change that will the next few chapters since I have read really good smart mc type novels like death note, code geass, and warlock in the magus world as a comparison. I'm just in the wait and see list for now depending if there is good story to be seen or not. Thanks for the chap cap.
