what kind of genre? There's entire genre (I guess it's rather japanese) of stories about worlds centred around petty competitions.Some about sport, some about one field like cooking, or football and... sometimes supernatural abilities. Food wars, Kakegurui, Asterisk, Bluelock, Yowamushi Pedal. However most of these worlds don't have any power system so those are so to speak very fragile.

What about Compass’s relic main character that was birth in the fantasy world. Shouldn’t it have a way to bypass Slayer’s defense?

Among grade 4 systems, only Regression deals with time though. Honestly, I don't see what's so great about Reincarnation and Transmigration. Especially Transmigration, it's just traveling to a different world. That's a basic ability of all systems. Even if they rely Transmigration's power to do it, it's not that big of a deal. It's a key ability for an interuniversal war, but that's still just the basics and shouldn't pose too big of a threat in itself.
