I really thought that author is changing his ways for better but here we are. he nerfs mc check✅, a new mysterious fiance out of nothing ✅. author is basically doing what producers of pokemon do nerf mc to continue the story and do it again and again. a d thought fiance is like Serena who was introduced out of nothing. this is like you give mc power but you seal it so mc becomes weak again to just continue the story and the sorry excuse romance is also irritating and the new fiance is likely introduced to tie Gary down. you know what I may sound rude and toxic but refute me if you can logically. but this fic is going into a worst direction.

Like i said before, You dont have to make Gary remain Champion. I was just giving options. Champions do leave there Region, Lance does it all the time. He’s mostly always in Hoenn. I just find the Gym Circuit and the League Useless. Its fine for Ash, Because he gets Reset every season to Promote the Games. The Gym Circuit is used to test new trainers, However when you already reach the top, and you have a Pre-Established Champion level team And a Champion level trainer It just makes it pointless To train new pokemon by challenging gyms. The world Championship is a thing, Where Gym Leaders and Champion level trainers Duke it out. He would have more freedom to explore other Regions and can do what he wants without being restricted like Ash is. It just feels like this is going to end up as, Follow Ash’s Journey, Remain ahead of him and steal hit spotlight type of Fic.
