wow bunch of nonsens for the first half then we end the chapter with something that dont make anysense ?.... this chapter aint going to rate highly lol .. i mean its even explained that you can tell difference between stray and normal devil even if they dont have any changes in their appereance they feel it on a magical level.. and clearia is as old as serafall ...i think she should be able to tell a stray and a normal devil apart... this stuff just for the plot actually makes the whole story stupid instead of intresting ..

Well she was dead in canon, and now fail complete in diplomacy. So killing her would not Even be a problem or a waste. Even if You used the stray Word the wrong way. It was clear that he did nothing wrong (besides being on there) and was not Even hidding. The most logical thing would be to ask why is he there and what does he wants. But she goes to kill no question ask.
