if you think about it the fault is UA yes Neji kill some villains but he was fighting two creature that was strong as all might with regeneration powers they should have been prepared for this scenario they are training kids to be heroes so they should have prepared if this scenario ever happened all it took was stealing some schedule and jamming the communication for this to happen plus the teachers and and Allmight didn't show up after Neji won the fight. I really hope they don't scold Neji or get him in trouble killing the villains

it's just self-defence and it's mostly the school's fault for letting the villains attack their students, so they can only put it under the rug as it would be seen as the School's incompetence made the star student a killer...

He should be fine. He has his families' influence, and could always plead that his quirk was going out of control due to almost dying. Besides if Deku could fight in MHA canon screaming SMASH! and it took till the recent chapters for everyone else to figure up what was up with his quirk, then it should be fine for the MC-

You could just say it was accidental and he couldn’t control his quirk. After all, that is what the school is for, right? To learn how to control quirks and become heroes with them. How do they expect him to learn after 2 weeks only? Even if everyone knows he is lying, they can’t do anything abt it as he is technically correct.

He could just say the big blast he released was an uncontrollable side effect of his quirk evolving when he was about to be killed a nomu.
