In terms of raw destructive power Micheal is greater yes.
But in terms of being skillfully dangerous Lucifer is far greater which makes him more powerful than Micheal in the long run.
You call it everywhere but actually it's a clone lol. The omnipresent cannot talk to each other, because of one thought and one command, what you do is still tantamount to cursing yourself because it is part of the body of the self.
