The kingdom is called Sagittarius. The chapter talks a lot about the royalty of the kingdom of Sagittarius.
I would avoid information dumps and bring up information as it becomes relevant. I don't need the history of an entire country that is five civil wars to understand the motivations terrorists. maybe just the last civil war is good enough
for the creator's thoughts I would say don't you should just let it flow naturally instead of feeling like a forced info dump
Information dumps only on stuff we already know, as a sort of a recap (with some bonus info) would be nice ^-^
