a timeskip wouldnt be bad tbh.You are going to irrelevant islands and gathering people who you migt rarely mention. When it comes time to have a fight, you would force yourself to mention everyones name, which you dont have to. The more OCs there are, the more stress you are giving yourself. Im sure half of your readers are only remembering your characters due to you mentioning their occupation everytime you mention them, which is kinda sad. Characters are suppose to be memorable, not easily forgettable. Deon, Cricket, Manba, Buggy, Mantis, Enel, two kids, and the giant. That is all i can remember at the moment, and probably the only ones we actually care about. You didnt even mention half of them in this chapter. Just saying man.
