So Ryu’s Boundless Cosmos Bone Structure frees him from the limitations of Faith and Karma. It’s for that reason he doesn’t need a balancing ability to keep his bloodlines from conflicting. Because they no longer know that they should be in conflict. Same reason he can now dual wield pole arms. So could he not use his bone structure and his Dao if need be so sever his connection to the associated faith and karma from 9 lives talen?

I think Ryu will either use the samsara steps to fix his 9 life talent, have his dao make a sudden breakthrough, or use his dao to understand samsara's laws and make his dao and physique stronger; 3 phoenix bloodlines fully awaken giving Ryu basic control over reincarnation, life & death; or at the very least just make a small improvement in his founding dao, flex it to the dream asura clan and walk out with Mae
