Halo has some sweet grenades from the covenant and forerunners and the covenant plasma weapons and the radiation weapons like the type 61 carbine and the fuel rod gun plus the personnel cloaking devices and the personal shields although they due have personal shields in star wars they lost the tech and rediscovered it later but the star wars ones form a bubble which has weaknesses like people can roll grenades inside them or stick a guns muzzle inside and shoot you while the halo one is like a second skin and does not have those issues also star gate or m teflers three square meals series both have wormhole drives which do instantaneous travel so long as you know your destination coordinates
It possible to do all that with Star Wars tech you just need to get the tech from other era like how you summon people from the old republic time becuase if you went far enough back I beleive there shield similar to sparatan shield just that they were put on droids due to energy consumption or something. ( I know this won’t help now but better later than never).

I agree more tech star trek transporters would be good photon torpedoes might be unnecessary since Star wars has proton torpedoes the stealth system from the scimitar would be good because it can fire while in stealth mode and not break the cloaking the disruptors from the ship would also be good due to them being anti matter guns and due to the design they have a huge field of fire because the energy ball is forme in between three metal posts that pop up out of the hulk and generate a field between then to contain and propel the anti matter bolt and the scimitar has double layer deflector shields dunno if they have that in star wars or not and if he is gonna face the bong definitely take the thalliron radiation super weapon
Well, I just hope you include the ship design in Warhammer40k in your novel, because I think Warhammer's gothic aesthetic is quite good(and also with the ship design of the warhammer 40k you can dwarf the size of the star destroyer from republic and empire). Troop armor designs like in the Halo game, have some technology from Star Trek and others.
