The chapter is pretty nuch confusing due to multiple voices speaking and the usage of Chinese characters. I tried to read it twice but all I grasped was 'child birth' nothing else. If you're aiming for western audience then better tone it down, being asian myself it was hard for me to grasp (yes, not whole asia knows Chinese)
