Comments of chapter undefined of Five-Year Old Prophet is Pampered by Ten Brothers

The story is interesting & good so far but in some parts of every chapter so far there would be some parts that would be a bit confusing when the translator mixes up the characters gender and would switch it back and forth between she/her & he/him and then in this one while describing the MC, they would use the word “little boy & he/him/his” which made me confuse again if its talking about another character, only to realize it was deacribing the MC in the next part. Just curious but are the characters name actually in English or did the translator also translate their name to English names too? Cause before i had started reading this and only read the novel summary i thought it was like one of those historical korean novels & comic with English names til i started reading the novel only to realize its in modern time so it made me wonder if in the raw version the characters names are also English names too or did it got translate?
