Comments of chapter undefined of The Villain Saves the Male Lead

Is anyone else getting nervous about Ren's health? Is it maybe because the original Ren in this world might not have had magic and Ren coming I to his body with magic is breaking it down? that's my guess anyway. He has to get better though!
