Harém holds the author in something that in time he doesn't care, in this story the MC would be stuck with dead weight. To develop a good harem it is necessary to stay a lot in its members and its interactions.This basically kills a lot of stories because over time the author lose the spirit for writing, don't get me wrong it's possible to create a good harem but history has to ask for it. well, a harem is not a bad idea. here you still don't have a deep romantic line, so you can safely bring relationships with several women. as I understood the first two condidatki are Conan and Nii Yugito!? excellent choice. the third one I would probably take Hinata (unless of course Naruto will end up not with her). but it's not clear to me how you want to bring Naruto and Tsunade together (but to be honest, this is quite an interesting idea, I would say even very much, I imagine the distorted face of Jiraiya and Minato, Kushina poor thing would have fallen out in general) Sasuke and Karin are also an interesting couple, their children will definitely be very strong.
