Thanks for the Chapter, if the MC is trying to get his family back to being the Governing Family in Japan, why doesn't he just become the Emperor? I understand the paperwork is horrible (it's man's worst enemy) but he just needs to create clones to deal with it, plus he could have a team that handles the less important parts, while he only signs a few papers, giving more free time for him.
I don’t have chapter comments sense I’m using Safari so I’ll just put some quirks I made a bit ago here. They are all fairly op and I made the description way too long, so change them and their names as you like. (Yes I know I suck at naming things) •Name: Mind Separation •Quirk Classification: Transformation •Ability: The quirk gives the user the ability to split his mind into many different consciousnesses, allowing the user to multitask perfectly. Although tested, the full amount he is able to split was not found. It seems he can make as many as he needs, but the more he makes he gets a slight headache, but he says he can ignore it by making one of the separate minds feel all the pain, effectively nullifying the only limit. A use of this is quickly solving complex problems by splitting the mind to think of every possibility. Another use is to absorb information at absurd rates. As a side note, the user also has perfect recall. We don’t know if this is part of the quirk, but it most likely is. The user is also able to move his body perfectly, wasting no energy, and maximizing force output. When analyzed, his movements match almost perfectly with renowned martial artists. He is able to shift all his energy and mass into a punch. We think this has to do with kinematic chains in the body. Overall, this quirk is very versatile in situations requiring fast reaction and hard choices. •Name: Probability •Quirk Classification: Emitter •Ability: The user can alter the chance of certain events to happen or not to happen. The extent of this quirk is unknown, but the user reports that they destroyed a moon from a planet roughly 3 light years away with a meteor never recorded to be there. We still wait to confirm this, as we have no way of knowing at the moment if this is true, we must wait 3 years. When asked questions the user should have no way of knowing the answer to, the user said the correct answer. When asked how he did this, the user replied, "I guessed." When the user was attacked, the attacker appeared to move through the user. When asked how the user did this, he said in quantum mechanics, there is a rule called quantum shifting. There is always a non-zero chance of a particle to simply move through another particle. The user increased the chance for his body to quantum shift through the attacker. When further testing was done, in this case a bullet was fired at the user, the bullet lit up in sparks and flew off at high speeds into the air. We still have no idea how this was done, but the user thinks he has an explanation. For the explanation, please ask the only scientist present who asked what happened, Jason T. McCauley. The next test also was done with an attacker trying to harm the user. The attacker stoped in place and fell over. When asked, the user reported that he reduced the chance of the electrons of the attacker so that there was a 0% chance that they would move, effectively incapacitating the attacker. When questioned, the attacker reports that he was running at the user and suddenly he lost all feeling in his body. After waiting three years, it appears that an asteroid did suddenly appear and decimate the random moon that was reported to be destroyed by an asteroid. We were not able to find where this asteroid came from. It’s almost like it just suddenly popped in existence. The user also seems to be able to affect past events. In a test, we hid the ring of one of the scientist. The scientist told the user that the ring was lost and he would like the user to find it. The user replied, "Why would I need to find it? It’s been on your finger the entire time." The ring was on the scientists finger. When reviewing the footage, it appeared that, after hiding the ring in a safe, the scientist walked out of the room the safe was in. As he was going into the test area, the ring just appeared on his finger. The user also reported that he did not use his quirk ahead of time to make it appear, but only used it after the
