Comments of chapter undefined of A Pervert's World

I Jumped to the recent chapter to ask a question that I hope can be answered So I just started this and idk, I’m having a tough time deciding if I should read. On one hand the scenes are kind of hard to read where it involves ryu’s “women” with other ppl like Amelia, but I can read them it’s just off putting and don’t know if I can enjoy the story if that continues. In the later chapters in this novel do his “women” like Amelia become exclusive only to him or no? I dont mind spoilers (pls do spoil). I hope ppl can enlighten me because idk if I’d make it far if his women don’t become exclusive only to him (ryu) Thank you🙌🏼. Hoping for a response.
