Can't you just change the colour coding, which is pretty objective, to the Mineral coding, which is practically agreed upon, like Iron --> Bronze --> Silver --> Gold --> Diamond.
can you make a chapter of what level pokemon one has to have to at which level.
e.g. ace level 3 gold rank pokemon (i dont exactly remember so an eg only)
