The pokeball basically digitized them though. It's not spatial manipulation. Such stuff wouldnt be in an RV either somehow increasing the space inside like that. It's not Harry Potterverse. Theres also now with the RV the inability to travel off road which will keep them from many encounters with both people and pokemon.
