Create a Pokémon game that each region is a different server where players can interact. Everyone tries to become the Pokemon Master by beating all the Champions of each region. It would be an open world type game ( think Wild Zone from Sword/Shield). Really there is no real world reward until AFTER becoming a Pokémon Master, they can bring their Pokémon into the real world. I just think this would be good to add a different type of experience than what is already been presented.
Create Elder scroll online. it's basically a fully fleshed out world with nearly every province already created and filled with NPCs and both side quests, main quests and world quests. because it is so big, it means alot of people can play and get lost in it's content and it doesn't suffer from WoW's yearly storyline reboot and shady shirt. That shirt has such a fleshed out background it could be a true world that survives on it's own without the need of players.
Okay make a fighting game like Tekken 7, Mortal Kombat, Guilty crown would give them fighting skills gained from fighting in the game. I play Tekken So I would prefer Tekken. Although I would prefer if they get equivalent powers they achieve in the game. As they have to fight by themselves, also be hurt, and learn. So they can gain fighting skills. But supernatural skills should be only given on like Highest Rank reachable like like in Tekken 7 'Tekken God Omega'. Pretty sure only supernatural people would even reach near that stage.
Make Wii Sports!!! Have it to wear the player has to stand up while playing so the body gets a workout. Not everyone can go to a tennis court or golf course or a personal trainer. Make it go from light walk in the park to fireman or police level fitness all the way to boot camp or SHIELD level training. Imagine a 'GAME' that can make an average Joe go up to Hawkeye or Black Widow levels of fitness. You could sell it for $100 each and still sell a couple of million copies. Then put in a Magic training DLC for another $50. Who wouldn't play that? If you later add Mountain climbing, Rafting, Gliding ... By the time Aliens invade Earth everyone will be at least Lora Croft levels of fitness.
