I think the best choice for mc is to change the world . and for the world he should go is either bleach or Against the gods. bleach because mc could gain power's related to soul and thus gain an advantage on otsutsuki prince candidates. in bleach steal power's of people like Yhwach, Yamamoto, Soul , Aizen,etc. all of those people have broken hax of power's. In Against the gods he could get more raw power and strength his body to insane levels. in atg he could gain more elemental power's as well as bloodline that are op. and I don't know if that is possible or not but in bleach he could get Hogyoku that can grant a user's wish and if mc can get that he could maybe get Jougan through it.

Well this crazy man has screwed up, now that he can't go back in time ... now that he can't go to the future ... if I screw up, but looking on the bright side, I just hope the author does something great. I think the dragon ball world would be great and terrifying, there are many gods and above them the angels and above them a dwarf who controls all of existence like a demonic 5-year-old boy.

Well, i can only think about either Dragon Ball or a cultivation world as the only places where he will gain enough power eventually so why not there? A cultivation world would be interesting because of potential techniques he could get to affect different concepts and dragon ball would be interesting due to the balls themselves and potential wishes
