I think it would be better if Martial Arts in the Bharat-Empire is divided in 2 parts:- (1) Full-Contact => Muay Thai/Lethwei (2) Submission Wrestling (Freestyle Wrestling +Jujutsu) (3) Weapons Demonstration & Sparring The practice can be formulated with Children from age 5 to 15-years having:- (1) Striking Arts : A non-lethal version of Karate/Lethwei with No punches, elbows, Kicks etc to face or Head to avoid any major Brain Damage. The focus should be on striking & Throwing techniques. (2) Grapping Arts => Free-style Wrestling with No Submission or Choke-holds techniques, this should become easily popular due to Khusti/Phelwani already being popular. (3) Weapons Demonstration with focus on these Weapons :- (a) Wooden/Bamboo-Staff (b) Short-Stick (c) Swords => Single & Double-Handed (d) Knives & Daggers (e) Mace (f) Axe (g) Archery (Bow & Arrow) (h) Spears & Javelin There should be Village, Town, City, District, State & National level Competitions for the 2 Martial Art Styles. Yes, there should be some instances of injury & even death of young children while practicing these arts but it's something that's possible in every Physical Sport. For the Individuals with age from 15 to 18-years, :- (1) Full-Contact => Punches & Kicks should be allowed to Face as the practitioner should be experienced enough to dodge most of such attacks. Whereas Elbows should be limited only upto Chest-Area or Hands. (2) Grappling => Freestyle Wrestling with Submission-techniques should be allowed. (3) Weapons Competition with Blunt Weapons should be permitted & for these 2 Weapons, different Competitions should be developed: Archery (Bow&Arrow) and Javelin. For Adult practitioners, there should be 4 distinct Martial-Arts:- (1) Striking-Arts => Lethwei with knees, punches, elbows & Kicks allowed to Face but No attacks of Groin, Eyes & other sensitive parts as well as No biting. (2) Grappling Arts => Submission Wrestling (Free-Style +Greeco-roman + Submission + Chokeholds) (3) Weapons Demonstration & Competition as same as for Children 15 to 18-years (4) Mallayuddha (MMA) =>A new Martial Art that combines the techniques of Striking & Grappling Arts. Military & other Secruity forces should be taught these Arts & Techniques:- (1) Mallayuddha (MMA) with focus on targeting sensitive areas to finish the fight & achieve victory by either Submission or eliminating the opponent by Choke-holds & Strikes. (2) Weapons Demonstration & Competition but it also include Muskets, Flintlocks & even Artillery for Regimental Competition. (3) Horse-riding & Equestrian sports (4) POLO on Horse, Camels & even Yaks. For Civil society, the Competitions should range from Village, City, State & National levels whereas for Military counterparts, the Competition should be Battalion, Regiment & National. Martial-Arts should be introduced in Schools & Universities but shouldn't be forced but let's be honest, there are large number of young boys that want to be stronger especially in the age group of 15 to 18-years. Vijay should make it mandatory for every School & University to follow these practices for physical & Psychological growth:- (1) Yoga & Meditation (2) Calisthenics (Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, Dips, Chin-Ups, Squats, Crunch, Leg Raise & Rope Skipping) (3) Malkhamb (Gymnastics) (4) Swimming Vijay should also introduce Fine & Performing Arts in Schools & Universities with traditional dance forms & music styles of the region. The most popular Non-Martial Sports of Bharat Empire should be:- (1) Kabbadi (2) Kho-Kho (3) BasketBall (4) Cricket (5) Rugby (6) Ping-Pong/Table Tennis (7) Chase-Tag => Application of Gymnastics (8) Swimming (9) Malkhamb (10) Polo After 10-years, Europeans should be fearful of Indians due to their Robust Physique & even the common understanding & usage of weapons like Swords, Spears, Bamboo staff among the common citizens. In 21 Century Bharat, practices introduced by Bijay should be a part of Indian Culture & with
