It's not sensible to have Serving Generals represent the Budgetary requests for Military Expansion & Reforms as it leads to politization of Military. It would've been better if there was No Marshal in the Military & instead Former Marshal Loganda was made the Minister of Defence. I this Vijay is overestimating the Democracies as in 21st Century, the major World Powers were able to achieve their goals due to Colonization like UK, France, US etc or Dictatorships like Russia, China etc. It would've been better if the Parliamentary Democracy was introduced at the level of States so that if any goof-ups happed then Monarcy can take care of it & also for the citizens to get uses to Democratic policies. I still think it would've been better if there are 2 Houses in the Parliament comprising of:- (1) Lok-Sabha (People's Chamber) => 5 Nominated MPs from each to represent the interests of their States & debate upon National Policies. (2) Rajya-Sabha (Royal Chamber) => Experts from various fields elected by a committee head by the Emperor to scrutinize the proposals of Lok-Sabha before being sent for approval by Emperor. At the State-level, Legislative Assemblies should have 3 parts:- (1) Governor => Appointed by a Committee led by Emperor for Experts in Governance, Administration & Politics. (2) Lower House (Vidhan Council) => Members directly elected by Citizens (3) Upper-House (Vidhan Parishad) => Experts appointed by a committee led by Governor There should be term limits to avoid Nepotism:- (1) Governors => 2-term limit with each term of 5-years (2) Rajya-Sabha & Vidha Sabha Members => 3-terms with each term of 6-years (3) Lok-Sabha => 4-term with each term of 5-years. (4) Vidhan Parishad => 6-terms with each term of 5-years. Vijay should've established this system to insure that there is are Career Politicans that can emerge even after these term limits & can contribute immensely to their respective State & Nations. This in-direct representation in the Parliament should've led to very talented MPs being sent to Lok-Sabha that can introduce Quality debates, discussions & bills to help Bharat Empire & it's citizens. Eventually Vijay should expand the role of Monarchy to select Judges at High-Court, Supreme-Court & CJI levels as Heads of CAG & ECI. Eventually a separate Organization should be created to conduct Exams in the Nation for Federal & State Govt Employement to insure selection of High-Quality Candidates.
