An immediate confrontation is off the table as well since both sides need to rest and recover their strengths. The next battle between Vijay and Mohammad would be the final-decisive one. If Mohammed loses again then it is over for him as his empire is in dire straits which makes it impossible for him to assemble another army to fight the Vijaynagar again.
