The only way I can see the harem having "special pets or special servants" is if they are women that were basically "Yandere side lovers" of Victor. Side lovers that "literally help on the side" and "enjoy" being Yandere side lovers. The "Real Yandere Mistresses" of the harem basically. And since these women are "Yandere pets" then the wives would enjoy watching these Yandere Side Lovers having "fun" with Victor whenever the Pets need to be "rewarded" by Victor.
