I am thinking that one major way for him to master his body for all his women is to fully let loose his control. To help understand his new body and abilities. Maybe he could develop a bite that marks a woman as his treasure (Mistress or Zealous Subordinate). He is on the possessive yandere conquest path right now. And he already has Gaia. Despite the fact that she could still have Evil side men that want to still betray, use, and abuse her. Other than the dude that Victor defeated. Having this new bite mark ability could be used to manipulate and override other marks from any race or spell. Which could be very useful on Samar when he returns and there are females that "desire" him there. Letting loose and conquering many women could finally help him control himself as a whole. While giving his harem equal attention helps him even further. Albedo could be a good test subject for him Finally Letting Loose as this BEING AND CREATURE OF "L" , since she has already sealed off a certain area and is acting like someone that wants to just watch. Maybe utilizing his "attractive" charms could get her to join the three of them at that time. Giving him a more positive attitude about the Adonis like plan.
I have this one last thing to say on here Vic. Having a "Cold War" like scenario with other factions after the meeting would be a better way of doing things possibly. Helping lead to the conquest of Earth, Samar, and Nightingale plus this new planet all at once possibly. Making Victor an emperor of multiple worlds at the end of the cold war. Which would then set the stage for Victor to take on multiple emperors and maybe overlords. Or introduce the overlords during the multiple planets emperor stuff. So... in general. Please take this stuff slowly and focus on the Slice of Life while building up the hype during the Slice of Life. Like you did before the first meeting. Except this time it would start after the second meeting.
Sorry for the long comments. I just really want to see him let loose and put a stop on his control. Becoming honest with himself on many things while not breaking character. Especially when it comes to making green hats. He is a special dragon now. And in history we all know that dragons like to "STEAL THINGS" as they conquer. Both treasures and women. There are many women that now desire him from all races and factions. Some are chained and held back from their "Full Potential" as a woman. And it just might take Victor to "STEAL" them away from those chains and "responsibilities" for them to show the universe what they are truly capable of.
Having the time stay equal between both planets should be essential for Victor and Arcane to peacefully conquer this new planet. The witches only want to live a peaceful and productive life. Having Victor respect that by using his charms and diplomacy on both Arcane and the new planet could win him the hearts of the witches fully. Making them Zealous Followers and Loyal side women when they need something from each other. Based on the contracts he could make with them. Again. Having the flow of time be equal should be essential for this. Especially since the regulators would not want Victor to make any wrong decisions in this other universe. They have already seen him utilize a difference in time flow "More Than Once" and master the consequences of it.
I hope that the time speed doesn't completely return to normal, that Victor spends some time in the new world, that he even calls his wives and makes the most of this opportunity, that there are 100 or 200 episodes here and then they join the supernatural meeting. (For example, let the world be 1 day in time and 1000 years there, let Victor and his wives do their education here, travel, spread the blood religion, kingdoms, pantheon and then conquer the planet, I am sure the author will find 200 chapters of content on this planet before the supernatural meeting)
