In chapter 719 it was stated that only primordial entities can see into his soul and Gods of death upon touch but Kali kind of looked into his soul too or looked for his "true essence"... Isn´t that contradictory since she isn´t a primordial entity yet...

I think that in order for Victor to learn the location of Dune Scaith he needs to defeat Scathatch and marry her. Officially. She still has not revealed her true name to Victor yet if I remember correctly. Maybe it's the same with her master as well.
