The witches need to suffer a heavy load of losses by every faction… To be honest I would be surprised if they didn’t. It would be pretty funny if the demons and witches suffered in a type of meeting. For example the meeting of Versailles did to Germany. One punishment was that Germany was stripped of 13 percent of its territory and one tenth of its population. This could be a huge blow to the Witches. Also you could take away there divine weapons and other cool gadgets.

Baal probably went to get one of her daughters. If I am not mistaken Morgana signed a contract with Lilith for one of her daughters. No need to worry Victor to the rescue getting Morgana, Lilith and the daughter.
