Kinda of sad Mizuki would never agree to be turned into a vampire, i belive she would be a great asset to Victor if she was turned into into one... she could still be a hunter, if she wanted, jusy because she would be a vampire didn't mean she couldn't hunt criminal vampires. on the topic of Victors parents, one of the vampires that is friends with Victor must know he can turn people into vampires without the virgin factor and could have told him, think Victor already knows that actually, wonder why he still hasn't done anything to change them... All and all, think his parents would be safer in the vampire world then on earth
seems that she might be joining the team soon. she lacks power/backing, and resources to accomplish her goals. maybe not as a maid but she should join his group as it would be nice to see Victor create some sort of special team/army aside from the maid squad specially seeing how he will essentially be at war with everyone at some point in the story and will need some extra hands to figth for him who would only be loyal to him. Mizuki just like Elenor would make a good General/leader to such a group.
Thanks for the chapter, Only a few things that really stand out is that this whole chapter is an explanation chapter of sorts in a way that we understand how nightangle works in the way of supporting people with a certain type of blood. Yes while that is important to stories, the stories needs to have a balance between explanation and someone explaining it like for example in earlier chapter you would have have someone explaining something while also having these lines when someone else would come in and talk just yo break it up as to not drag on the info dump. doing this a a somewhat different idea then this chapter but all and all its all good
