The book ended so suddenly ...what happened to Tang Ye and Micheal??

I've read a lot of novels ,and this is the first short story I have encounter so far... There's a few missing parts regarding the Hawk family, what happened to the other sister, the poisoning of father Tang.. But still. i love it... thank you dearest author... nice story...but what about tang ye and the stepmom...a chapter for the reunion of the hawks family revealing the twin sister into the family...no pov of miles dad? anyway, its a good story...
