can you tone it done a bit? feels like he's role-playing or something. also having ren deal with then personally instead of angelica is a ridiculous idea for many reasons. 1. he was the last man to talk to Gerrard one on one 2. both of their absence from the lock at the same time is a too suspicious. 3. it's a futuristic world so theirs no way there isn't any cctv around the area and its not like ren has any concealment ability. 4. unlike before ren is a prospective pillar of humanity at the moment so there has to be someone keeping tabs on his movement. maybe through his watch. 5. lastly ren was an author in previous life not some assassin who can hide his tracks well. so how can he suddenly act like some bigshot assassin out of the blue? like I said it just feels like some kid role-playing an assassin. also why doesn't the father have enough brain cells to figure something was off about the location when it was actually sent to him. it's literally an abandoned factory in the middle of nowhere. I love the assassin trope and absolutely hate it when someone makes so many newbie mistakes. I like the overall story and hope the author doesn't make as many mistakes in the future.
Also, for number 2 i think they will just find it sus, and they can't do anything if there's no evidence (they probably won't find anything cause of plot armor)The suspicion will probably fade away cause Ren, is the raising star, having him go to prison is just stupid. this is my opinion on it peace ✌.
Starfish_101:The number 3 can easily be fix, saying that small snake hack into the cctv, doing hacker stuff. i don't know about the rest tho.
