15% of profits is basically the same as having 15% of the company in shares. Also if I'm not mistaken, the guild is not actually investing anything in the agreement? So why are they getting so much profit for free? You'll need some initial investment for production materials and a factory as well as labor. 15% or higher for some principal investment as well as this vague "backing" makes more sense. If I was a diamond guild, depending on expected profit and speed of scalability, I would counter offer with a larger percentage of profits, while putting up a large initial investment to get the business off the ground.
