I understand Mikail wants to fix things and that he acknowledges that how he acted was uncool (even if i was happy they kissed again) BUT hes not listening to Ocean. Ocean stated over and over again that they would talk LATER, Mikail just kept pushing. He needs to calm down, give Ocean some space to figure things out. Plus they are still at the competition!!!
