I like Mindy! She’s honest and doesn’t pull punches. That’s a true friend. I’ve had people misinterpret that as judging, purposely forgetting how hard it is to tell a hard truth to a friend. Mindy is going to be important to Talia down the road.

I may be the only one here but I think Marcy and Talia at their cores right now are pretty similar. Both have been unsure how to deal with the situations they face. Both don’t have many (none apparently in Marcy’s case) friends. Too bad I don’t think Marcy could put her pride aside to actually turn the situation around for her. Like saying sorry for what her dad is doing. I feel a little bad for her.
