Within a few chapters, Marcy changed from 'I want to travel and make macarons' to 'I will marry the guy my parents chose for me' I feel that Marcy is weak-minded, going with the flow. Why is she not fighting for what she wants? And a big negative is that she rejected George

I see Lisa as an important character. Either Damon's mate, or an obstacle to Damon's mate.

I hope that George finds a second-chance mate (if that exists) and Damon to ditch Marcy, and she is left without love (aka George) and without benefits (aka Damon).

Soooo…. I’m thinking what’s up with Lisa. The kid next door and whatnot. Maybe 🤔 she will turn out to be Damon’s mate - hiding in plan site. 😱

dudes my guess is , by the way ibjust started reading this novel ,OK my guess is demon's mate will be that girl with scruffy clothes that bumped into marcy after marcy rejected her mate , so far m on this chapter and I haven't read anything more so its a mere guess ,and I won't be reading anymore comments until I know whether I m right or wrong

I'm telling you it's the copperhaired girl that marcy tripped over she stands out to much to me anyway if you think about it and that's usually how these things go it the tortured and tormented not important ones that win in the end and later they discover she secretly discovers just how important she was after she gets over her insecurities
