the pace of walking being described, grandma long's thought process being explained, etc... the kind that eats up the space for a chapter. wish the contents can be "meatier" instead, esp when there's no "longer contents" per chapter (like other novels) or mass release to make up for it. 😵‍💫 cliffhanger is just not a good feeling, ugh blimme, its the effect of reading a good novel. just wished for more. if not, at least meatier one.
