Comments of chapter undefined of The Dark Lord Rises

I really like your story and love that you take time to build the world but this chapter felt a bit too much of history dump without it really adding anything to the story. Besides that i really love your work so thank you for the chapters!

So when is he going to actually do something he claimed to want to do instead of spamming history summaries? I mean, I like the premises but he just keeps yammering on and on about things he should do without actually doing anything yet.

The double copy/paste history overview was pretty cringe. I mean sure I just skipped all of it but still... Would had been better if he clarified events to Europe the first time he made the inquiry to spare the reader. Or better yet, only show us the specific events he has decided on possibly taking advantage of rather than the entire list. Seriously nothing really happens in this chapter other than a brief letter telling us stuff most readers should already know about time travel and then double-wall history.
