Comments of chapter undefined of A Chance Again

why do authors upload more then one book at a time and finish the first one before you start i can understand if they want to post more story's and 3 to 4 chaps just so when they do finish the first book they can read those chaps and remember what they wanted for the that story and see if they want to change it or not but posting your first book then getting to some amount of chaps for that book just to start and new story because this is just letting people know that you are not going to finish the first book or any of your story because you just keep making new ones like i don't care if you take a while to update the story but not finishing the one you started like why post it in the first place if you not going to complete them
