the switching of "I" and "He" was confusing.

Really, you should try to either only keep one viewpoint or use at least a method to differentiate between these two narration methods. (try to see what other authors use or maybe use brackets for his inner thoughts?)

I kind of wanna see our Mc make a new race of a Lich and a Death knight mixed, wouldn't that be overpowered and terrifying.

Would have made more sense if it had been a crazy cult instead of terrorists, a cult could have had some dumb reason for doing what they did but a terrorist group would never have slowly killed random people like that and instead would have focused on killing allot of people to make a statement.
