I think his nine tails and mew should be at atleast level 50 or above should be 60 or so as so many years pass he would have leveled them up even if he didn't become a official trainer

What are the chances of Mc meeting some of Ash's pokemons during the journey? He started the trip earlier so I think they will be big, charmander and even pikachu ( as the one in the lab isnt the same as the original ) may appear

Just throwing out my personal favorite, Eevee. All eevelutions are acceptable as well, but back in the early days I rolled out with a 6 pack of eevees in a team, never evolved and just stomped my way through with the power of Fluff
